Vote By Mail for your Neighborhood Council Representatives

You need to request a ballot in order to vote for your Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council Board Members.  The application period is now open.    You can fill out an application on line by visiting the Vote-By-Mail Application Portal and creating an on-line account.  Once you create your on-line account you can then request a ballot.
